Le Sette Sorelle, il nostro primo Trebbiano fermo
C’è una connessione profonda tra ciò che nasce spontaneo tra i filari e ciò che finisce nel calice.
Per il nostro nuovo Trebbiano Sette Sorelle, abbiamo scelto la Veronica persica come simbolo.
Non è un caso: la Veronica nasce copiosa nei nostri terreni, un fiore minuto e fragile all’apparenza, ma capace di ricoprire la terra con una forza silenziosa.
È delicata e sottile, proprio come l’anima di questo vino, che abbiamo spogliato di tutto per arrivare all’essenzialità.
Questo Trebbiano entra a far parte della nostra collezione Genesi Spungone.
Le radici affondano nella vigna Campacci Alto, dove domina questo sasso calcareo: una roccia sedimentaria, testimone di un’epoca in cui qui c’era l’Adriatico.
È il “mare fossile” che dona al vino quella vibrazione salina e quella verticalità uniche.
Se guardate il retro dell’etichetta, da quest’anno troverete un simbolo prezioso: un Pecten.
Non è solo un disegno, ma la conchiglia fossile che caratterizza la nostra terra.
Con le sue linee che ricordano il movimento delle onde, il Pecten è il marchio di fabbrica naturale che firma la sapidità e la storia di questo Trebbiano.
Un simbolo così identitario che già Tito Chini lo usava nelle formelle e nelle incisioni del Grand Hotel e del Padiglione delle Feste di Castrocaro.
Un vino che non urla, ma sussurra la purezza della roccia.

Le Sette Sorelle, our first still Trebbiano.
There is a deep connection between what grows spontaneously among the vineyard rows and what ends up in the glass.
For our new Sette Sorelle Trebbiano, we have chosen Veronica persica as its symbol.
This is no coincidence: Veronica grows abundantly in our soils a small, seemingly fragile flower, yet capable of covering the ground with a quiet strength.
It is delicate and subtle, just like the soul of this wine, which we have stripped back to reach its pure essence.
This Trebbiano becomes part of our Genesi Spungone collection.
Its roots lie in the Campacci Alto vineyard, where this calcareous stone dominates: a sedimentary rock, witness to a time when the Adriatic Sea once lay here.
It is this “fossil sea” that gives the wine its unique saline vibration and verticality.
If you look at the back label, starting this year you will find a meaningful symbol: a Pecten.
It is not just a design, but the fossil shell that characterizes our land.
With its lines reminiscent of the movement of waves, the Pecten is the natural hallmark that signs the savoriness and the history of this Trebbiano.
A symbol so deeply rooted in identity that even Tito Chini used it in the tiles and engravings of the Grand Hotel and the Padiglione delle Feste in Castrocaro.
A wine that does not shout, but whispers the purity of stone.
